Michael Graves Brownlee
Michael G. Brownlee is an attorney admitted to practice in both Colorado and Texas. Born in Dallas, Texas, and raised in Atlanta, GA, Michael received his B.S. in History from Auburn University in Auburn, AL, in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, in 2005. After law school, Michael spent two years in Dallas, TX practicing personal injury and insurance defense litigation. In 2007, Michael traded in his boots for skis and opened a small practice in Edwards, CO with a focus on real estate law and civil litigation. Currently Michael represents and advises both individual and institutional clients in business formation/dissolution, corporate governance, real estate transactions, and land use regulations. Additional practice areas include business disputes including mediation, arbitration, and general civil litigation.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Taylor and their two very high maintenance standard poodles, downhill skiing, hiking, and fishing.
